Contract terms

Single price contract covers all your IT support needs – with one invoice per month


After the audit you have 30 days free of charge support, to ensure your IT is running smoothly. During the 30 days we answer all your calls, and fix any problems.

Then you get a single price contract so you can control your costs.

We charge on a set monthly fee for support work carried out onsite on the server, by telephone, or remotely. You get your first bill at the end of the second month, which means you get 60 days free support. After 60 days you pay for the second month of usage.

For onsite services not related to your server we charge by the hour.

We also guarantee to save you money by advising on the best new technologies only when you need them – not before!

Flexible pricing to suit your IT support needs

At PC Service we offer flexible pricing to suit the size of your business and your IT support needs. For example:

  • Per server per calendar month – remote, telephone and onsite all-inclusive
  • Remote support and telephone support per calendar month – for each workstation
  • Onsite per hour – all problems not related to server and which we’re unable to solve remotely or by telephone

All our customers have the security of a contract. You receive one invoice per month. This way, you control your costs and make life easy for your accountant. Simple.
