A quick email to thank you and your team for fixing my home PC so efficiently.  Your technician (Jerry) was extremely helpful and professional and did a wonderful job dramatically improving the performance of our computer by installing extra RAM and then performing numerous software and operating system enhancements.  He explained exactly what he was doing at every step and saved me from the hassle and cost of having to do a complete OS reinstall.  I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to my friends and colleagues.
